Our 24-Hour residential supports addresses the needs of persons with intellectual disabilities, autism, physical or sensory needs, and those with significant medical conditions.

WCI’s Clinical Team provides extensive supports to people with psychiatric and behavioral challenges and helps them to live successfully within the community.

WCI’s Deaf Residential Supports Division provides and focuses on individuals with intellectual disabilities who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf Blind.

Idividual supports provide independent living in the community with varying levels of staff support, 6 to 64 hours/week. We also have 24-hour support available as needed and for emergencies.

We open our first home serving Individuals with ABI in August of 2020 in Maynard with five men who moved from rehabilitation centers under the DDS Waiver Program.

WCI believes that all individuals in our programs have the right to work. We provide flexible options for people with intellectual disabilities, autism, sensory and acquired brain injury.

The mission and vision of this program are to deliver therapeutic and person-centered supports to individuals to reach their maximum potential and independence in their daily lives.

The WCI Art Collaborative Initiative Program creates a therapeutic atmosphere that expands the participant’s social skills and tests their fine motor abilities by creating beautiful pieces of art.
